A songbook is a reusable, ordered set of songs owned by your organization. It isn't tied to one event — build it once and assign it wherever you need it.
Creating one
Go to Songbooks → Manage songbooks, create one, give it a name and a cover, and add songs. Assign it to an event from the event's page.
Public songbooks
On Enterprise, a songbook can be made public so anyone can browse it from your organization's page, member or not.
Missing languages
If you open a songbook containing songs from a language library you haven't downloaded, the app tells you which libraries are missing and offers to fetch them. If you're already holding five, it asks which to drop first.
