An organization is your church or ministry. It owns members, songbooks and events.
Creating and branding
Create one from Organizations → Manage. Add a logo and details, and it gets a public page people can find. An account can create up to three organizations; deleting one frees a slot.
Members
People request to join and an administrator approves them. You can also invite someone by email.
Roles
Roles decide what a member can do — contribute songs, review and approve submissions, publish the library, manage the organization, or run events. Every privileged action is written to an audit trail.
Verification
Verified organizations get a globally unique identifier, which is what stops two groups claiming the same identity.
