The Bible tab carries dozens of public-domain translations across 15 languages, downloaded to your device and readable offline like the song libraries. We add further versions as we obtain licences for them.
Getting a version
The app downloads an English version on first launch so the tab is never empty. Add more under Settings → Bible, where versions are grouped by language. Downloaded versions sort to the top, and you can set any one as your default.
You can hold up to seven Bible versions on the device.
Finding a verse
Type a reference like "John 3:16" to jump straight there. Or search by keyword — results come from the English version, and each hit is shown alongside the same verse in your default version.
The Books button opens the full 66-book grid, then chapters, then verses. Swipe left or right in the reader to page through chapters.
Switching versions
The floating rail switches between your downloaded versions, the same way the song reader's rail works. Change your default in Settings and the reader follows immediately.
