The clue is a Bible question and the answer is one word. Single player opens straight away, just for you. Multiplayer gives everyone the same puzzle, and the fastest with the fewest hints wins.
Choosing one
- Crossword: Easy is 2–4 words, Medium 5–7, Hard 8–10.
- Fill the blanks: one clue at a time, 5 to 20 words.
- Words from the whole Bible, or just the Old or New Testament, in one language.
A new crossword starts on Medium, with 7 words, in the Light look — change either before you create it.
Playing
Tap a word's boxes, or a square on the crossword, and type: the keyboard opens in the puzzle's language. The next box is outlined and delete steps back. Tap a square twice to switch between its across and down words; Next moves to the next unsolved one.
Hint fills in one letter. Hinted letters, and letters from crossing words already solved, are fixed: they show in grey and typing steps over them.
Hints cost no points, but they settle close finishes: the board ranks by words solved, then fewer hints, then time.
Each phone checks its own answers. The puzzle sends your result when it is complete, or when you tap Finish and submit.
